Abstract
During the years 2004 to 2015 the species of the genera Alchemilla were sampled and investigated in the canton of Uri (Switzerland). So, 65 species were found. Furthermore there were a number of unclear speciemens which couldn’t be allocated to known or described species. These species are not discussed in this paper. The 65 species are listed and indications to their distribution and their ecology are added. 14 species are new for the canton of Uri. For five of the species distribution maps are presented. Nine species are called "very frequent" and the three most frequent species are A. monticola, A. crinita and A. subcrenata. 14 species are "very rare". Five species are "limestone species" and 2 further species grow optimally on limestone. Furthermore six species are found out to be "silicate species". The paper ends with the wish, that in future more people care for the interesting genera Alchemilla.
