Abstract
Here, I describe the historical and actual distribution of non-native species from the genus Chamaesyce (Euphorbiaceae) in Switzerland based on information from floras, herbaria, data bases and own observations. Today, four species are considered to be naturalized in Switzerland. Most common is Ch. maculata, followed by Ch. nutans, Ch. humifusa and Ch. prostrata. Remarkable is the first observation of Ch. serpyllifolia in Switzerland.
