Campanula alliariifolia Willd. an der alten Simplonstrasse

Abstract

Campanula alliariifolia is growing in a stripe of about 100 m length along the old Simplon road (canton Valais, Switzerland). This stripe shows a high alpha diversity, but is clearly dominated by Achnatherum calamagrostis. Moreover, C. alliariifolia is on the way to enter the surrounding and steep Ononido-Pinetum.
