Abstract
Five Swiss microspecies belonging to the complex of Ranunculus auricomus are described and illustrated: R. helveticus, R. juratensis, R. grossidens, R. bergeri, and R. subtruncatus, and their range is documented. Some aspects concerning the conception of the species, the biology of propagation, the sociology, the protection of the nature, and some numbers of chromosomes are inserted in the text.
