Abstract
Report on an investigation of the willows of Swedish Lapponia. In summer 1991, the Salix species occurring around Abisko were examined. Their specific characters were compared with those of the alpine species of Switzerland. Some vicariating forms could be confirmed as representing different species. An identification key for the northern species concludes this report.
